    The rental price depends on the model, location and length of the rental. You pay for every new day you use the vehicle (for example, you pay a rental of two days - 48h for a 30-hour car rental). The calculator and price list on these pages will help you find your way around. When booking, please pay attention to the general terms and conditions, where you will find out all the important information before you book and download the vehicle.

    Deposit amount is individual for particular vehicle types. Choose a specific vehicle category, check availability at the branch, and deposit an online deposit that will be returned to your account after renting (after deducting the rent). Returning fin.     The rental price does not include charges for accident insurance, tax, local fees and highway signs for Slovakia. The price does not include additional charges such as extra driver fee, additional vehicle equipment (baby car seat, navigation, ...), service outside working hours, vehicle delivery, ... All options and levels of additional charges can be found in the section Customer and Complaint Services - > Fees. Please note that the price of the offense does not include penalties for traffic offenses.

    VEHICLE JUSTIFICATION is not complicated unnecessarily. a) Administration that does not take much time - checking personal documents: ID card (passport), driving license. b) Deposit composition: you need a credit card with min. 6 months. (Except if you have paid your deposit online) c) Vehicle inspection: Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected in the morning before any rental and existing damage is recorded in the acceptance protocol. You get the keys from our agent with the pickup protocol so we won't delay you with additional administration because we did the search before. Picking up the vehicle is possible during the opening hours of the branch. The opening hours of each branch can be found at: https://www.paylesscar.sk/en/contact.html RETURN OF THE VEHICLE: The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time, at the agreed place. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in such a condition that inspection can take place. Any damage or defect in the vehicle must be reported to the car rental company.     Yes, but for a fee of 7,50 EUR without VAT / day, or 45, - EUR without VAT / whole rent.

    Can I drive a vehicle across Europe?

    With our vehicles, you can drive within EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland) and the European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. The entry to Bulgaria and Romania is explicitly forbidden. Exclusively forbidden countries include, but are not limited to, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. The Customer is obliged to verify and also pay at its own discretion all fees related to entry and use of roads in the country in which our vehicle is to be used. You can also use the option of returning your vehicle abroad at a surcharge based on the type of vehicle.

    If you are not satisfied with the vehicle, visit your nearest Payless office, we will replace your vehicle depending on the available vehicles. Please note, however, that changing the booking (changing the vehicle type) may result in a change in the rental amount. You will be notified of the difference in price.
