We accept payment cards only in their physical form (the use of Apple PAY, G-PAY and others is not possible).
HOW MUCH ?
The rental price depends on the model, location and length of rental. You pay for each new day that you use the vehicle (e.g. for a 30-hour vehicle rental, you pay the rent in the amount of two days - 48 hours). The calculator and price list on these pages will help you to orient yourself in prices.
During the reservation, please pay attention to the general conditions in which you will learn all the important information before you reserve and collect the vehicle.

In the reservation form, choose the pick-up/drop-off location, select the rental date and time, and Payless will find the best offer for you from all available vehicles. Choose the vehicle category you need.
The vehicles offered by us are part of the fleet for an average of 6 to 12 months. Therefore, we assure you that you will receive only high-quality vehicle models.
Yes. The assessment takes into account the maximum permissible weight of the entire vehicle combination, i.e., the vehicle together with the trailer or semi-trailer. It is not just the van itself that is evaluated.
The price does not include additional fees such as the fee for an additional driver, additional vehicle equipment (child car seat, navigation, ...), service outside working hours, parking the vehicle,...

Please note that fines for traffic violations are not included in the booking price.
The condition of the vehicles is checked before each rental. The current state of the vehicle is recorded on the Pickup Protocol. The customer is obliged to make sure that all damage to the vehicle is recorded in the report. If you find damage on the vehicle that is not listed in the Collection Protocol, contact the staff of the Payless branch before using the vehicle.
Entry is allowed to EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland), the United Kingdom and the European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. Entry to Bulgaria and Romania is expressly prohibited. The expressly prohibited countries include, among others, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
Vehicles only have a Slovak highway stamp, all other highway fees must be paid for by the client.
The customer is obliged to verify and also pay at his own expense all fees associated with entering and using the roads in the country in which he wants to use our vehicle. You can also use the possibility of returning the vehicle abroad for an additional fee depending on the type of vehicle.
All of our vehicles come with premium features including air conditioning, bluetooth, cruise control and parking sensors.

Yes. The vehicle itself being equipped with a tachograph is not sufficient. If tachograph requirements apply to a specific transport operation, the driver must have a valid driver card, the necessary company authorizations, and must also know how to operate the tachograph in accordance with the rules. These obligations also include the proper recording of trips, breaks, rest periods, and other activities.
No. The client must obtain these cards independently through the relevant authorities. Therefore, when picking up the vehicle, it is necessary to have all required cards and accompanying documents prepared in advance.
The amount of the deposit is individual for specific types of vehicles. Choose a specific vehicle category, check availability and make an online deposit, which will be credited back to your account after the rental (after deduction of the rental amount).

As a rule, we will process the refund within 5 working days. The settlement is then automatically sent to the issuing bank for processing.
If you do not see the funds released after this time, the delay is probably due to the publishing bank, so please contact our booking office by email at info@paylesscar.sk, from where we can send you a confirmation of the settlement on our side, which you can contact your publishing bank with.
The deposit serves as a deposit for the vehicle, the amount of the deposit varies depending on the category of vehicle and the length of the rental. The amount of the deposit is calculated automatically by the system. You will be notified by e-mail when the deposit has been paid.

We do not complicate VEHICLE RELEASE unnecessarily. a) Administration, which does not take much time - checking of personal documents: ID card (passport), driving licence. b) Deposit: you will need a credit card with a minimum validity of 6 months to make a deposit. (Also valid if you have paid the deposit online) c) Vehicle inspection: our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before each rental and any existing damages are recorded in the handover report. When picking up the vehicle, please inspect its condition and verify the information in the vehicle protocol. Any discrepancies must be reported before you leave the branch. Photos or videos taken by the customer prior to the rental are not considered binding confirmation of the vehicle’s condition.
RETURN OF VEHICLE: The vehicle must be returned at a pre-agreed time, at an agreed location. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank of gas and in a condition to allow for inspection. Any damage or defects to the vehicle must be reported to the rental staff. The vehicle can be returned during the opening hours of the branch.
The requirement applies when renting a commercial vehicle or a vehicle with a trailer if it is used for international commercial transport of goods and the maximum permissible weight of the vehicle or the entire combination exceeds 2.5 tons. It is not only the vehicle model itself that matters, but also the purpose of use, whether the vehicle crosses a national border, and the total weight of the combination as stated in the documents. If the vehicle is used exclusively for domestic travel within Slovakia, this requirement does not apply to vans weighing up to 3.5 tons.
Starting July 1, 2026, the rules will also apply to vehicles and vehicle combinations with a maximum authorized mass exceeding 2.5 tons, provided they are used for the cross-border transport of goods for remuneration.
The lessor provides the client with a vehicle ready for operation. However, the client is responsible for determining whether a specific transport operation is subject to tachograph requirements. Likewise, the client is responsible for ensuring the driver is prepared, securing the necessary cards, properly operating the tachograph, and complying with rules regarding driving, breaks, and rest periods. When renting, it is therefore important to address not only the vehicle itself but also the internal processes within the company.
