    The rental price depends on the model, location and length of the rental. You pay for every new day you use the vehicle (for example, you pay a rental of two days - 48h for a 30-hour car rental). The calculator and price list on these pages will help you find your way around. When booking, please pay attention to the general terms and conditions, where you will find out all the important information before you book and download the vehicle.

    WHEN? It is always paid in advance by online payment.

    We accept payments by credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club Card valid for at least 6 months after the end of the rental and Online payments through the payment gateway on this page.
    We accept payment cards only in their physical form (the use of Apple PAY, G-PAY and others is not possible).

    How much do you need to deposit and when do I get my money back?

    The amount of the deposit is individual for specific types of vehicles. Choose a specific vehicle category, check availability and make an online deposit, which we will return to your account after renting (after deducting the rental amount).
    Return of fin. We will usually process the funds within 5 working days. Subsequently, the settlement is automatically sent to the issuing bank for processing.
    In case you do not record the release of fin after this time. funds, the delay probably occurred on the part of the issuing bank, so contact our reservation office by email at info@paylesscar.sk, from where we can send you a confirmation of settlement on our side with which you can contact your issuing bank.
    The deposit serves as a deposit for the vehicle, the amount of the deposit varies depending on the vehicle category and the length of the rental. The amount of the deposit is calculated automatically by the system. You will be informed about the payment by e-mail.

    The price does not include additional charges such as extra driver fee, additional vehicle equipment (baby car seat, navigation, ...), service outside working hours, vehicle delivery, ... All options and levels of additional charges can be found in the section Customer and Complaint Services - > Fees. Please note that the price of the offense does not include penalties for traffic offenses.

    We do not unnecessarily complicate PICKING UP THE VEHICLE. a) Administration that does not take much time - control of personal documents: ID card (passport), driver's license. b) Deposit: you need a credit card valid for min. 6 months. (Applies even if you have paid the deposit online) c) Vehicle inspection: Our vehicles are thoroughly inspected before each rental and existing damage is recorded in the handover protocol. You will receive the keys with our agent with the acceptance protocol, so that we do not delay you with additional administration, because we have performed the inspection before. Collection of the vehicle is possible during the opening hours of the branch, which you can find at: https://www.paylesscar.sk/en/contact.html. RETURNING THE VEHICLE: The vehicle must be returned at a pre-arranged time, at an agreed place. The vehicle must be returned with a full tank and in such a condition that an inspection can take place. Any damage or defects in the vehicle must be reported to the car rental staff. Return of the vehicle is possible during the opening hours of the branch.

    Can I drive a vehicle across Europe?

    Entry is allowed to EFTA countries (Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Iceland), United Kingdom and the European Union, with the exception of Bulgaria and Romania. Entry to Bulgaria and Romania is expressly prohibited. The expressly prohibited countries include, among others, Albania, Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia, Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.
    Vehicles only have a Slovak highway stamp, all other highway fees must be paid for by the client..
    The Customer is obliged to verify and also pay at its own discretion all fees related to entry and use of roads in the country in which our vehicle is to be used. You can also use the option of returning your vehicle abroad at a surcharge based on the type of vehicle.

    If you are not satisfied with the vehicle, visit the Payless branch where you picked up the vehicle and we will replace the vehicle depending on the offer of available vehicles. Keep in mind, however, that a change in the reservation (change of vehicle type) may result in a change in the rental amount. You will be informed about the price difference.

The customer is obliged to ensure that any damage to the vehicle is recorded in the protocol.
